The Care Quality Commission (CQC)  Inspection Report is a document that details the findings of an inspection conducted by the CQC. They monitor, inspect and regulate services that provide health and social care. CQC inspections are comprehensive and it is to make sure services provided are  safe, caring, effective, responsive to people’s needs and well-led.
